Admin Assistant:
Responsibility:
? Professionally administer all incoming calls and route them accordingly
? Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
? Sort and distribute mail and internal correspondence to staff
? Book meeting rooms – set up refreshments and ordering of lunches' etc
? Book conference calls in timely manner
? Order office stationeries
? Assist the supervisor of the site cleaning, security, shuttle bus arrangements
? Supporting annual dinner, Christmas Party, outing activity and other team building activities
? Other Admin work assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
? College or Bachelor degree
? 1 year related working experience is better
? Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
? Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
? Ability to work independently.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
? Time management skills
